AI need to be shut down until strict legislation is put in place.

The government should have done the legislation even before AI started..
EM has been warning about this since last year..
So, it "appears"that the majority of the government doesn't want AI agents/company to have a strict legislation..and for what reason?

That's why AI needed to have a strict legislation to make sure AI agents are doing an ethical job not to destroy humanity. Also, to limit the number of AI agents and the volume of AI being produce..
The volume of AI being produce cannot surpass the human population..does this make sense?
