@SpiritAirlines lost my bag 2 weeks ago. I've talked to multiple customer services reps and was even told to fly to Detroit when I don't live there. Finally they ended up shipping my bags to ATLANTA instead where i do not live. This is beyond unacceptable

@SpiritAirlines left my bag in detroit. After telling me I had to fly to Detroit from Los Angeles to get it I finally got it sent to los angeles. Only for them to then send it to Atlanta. They then are trying to tell me i gotta call Atlanta to call my bag.

@SpiritAirlines seems to have lost our bags since they haven't been able to return it. They have been telling us to fly to Detroit to find it. You have to file a report to department of public transit and file a small claim to get your money back. Don't fly with @SpiritAirlines

So apparently if you book 3rd party with @SpiritAirlines and they lose your bag. They literally will not help you get it back. I contacted the other teams and they told me I gotta fly to Detroit to get my bag
