ARM shows:
👉Weak squeeze
👉Rectal hypersensitivity (RHS)
✴️Sensorimotor response (SMR)✴️
SMR is anal contraction from rectal distention- induced urge. It is a nl protective mechanism. In this patient it is overactive from RHS and hypervigilance.

The patient had a type 3 sacral fracture
