The ONDO haters? Not smart people. Not serious people. I’ve seen them. I’ve read the tweets. Believe me — very low information.

They keep saying the same thing, over and over, like a chant:

“Just a governance token. No utility.”

Folks… that line? Fake news.
Not just fake — very fake. One guy said it, another guy copied it, then another guy copied that guy.

Suddenly everyone thinks they’re a genius. They’re not. They look silly. Very silly. Sad!

And here’s the thing — it tells me everything. Everything I need to know.

They don’t understand finance. Not fake news.
They don’t understand how value is captured today.
And governance? Oh wow. Governance they really don’t get. At all.

Let me explain this. Very simple. Very clear. Very beautiful.

Governance is control.
Control is power.
Power is value.

Beautiful, right? Unreal. Never seen anything like it.
Governance controls the rules.

The permissions.
The access.
The upgrades.
The risk parameters.

Who gets paid. How they get paid. When they get paid.
That’s governance.

And let me tell you — that’s how finance has always worked. Boards. Committees. Voting rights. Shareholder control. This isn’t new. It’s old. Very old. Older than crypto. Older than Twitter. Older than these takes.

They say governance has no value?
Laughable. Truly laughable.

Governance is the top layer. The best layer. The strongest layer. The layer that decides everything underneath it. Without governance, nothing moves. Nothing works. Nothing lasts.

Post-2008 finance? It’s not about flashy products. It’s about control. Risk. Authority. Compliance. Decision-making. Governance is where all of that lives. It’s beautiful. So beautiful. The most beautiful layer.
These people want “utility.”

What they really want is a pump. Big pump. Fast pump. Green candle. Five-minute chart.

So when someone tells you ONDO governance is “bogus” or “fake” — that’s not an argument. That’s a tell. It tells you they’ve never seen how real systems are run. Never sat in a boardroom. Never watched decisions being made when the stakes are enormous. Huge stakes. The biggest stakes.
