Meanwhile i need to pay dutch taxes, fulfill orders, pay my team and last but not least i also have a family to feed. provided 40 page PDF file showing we are a legit business. No help at all.

@ShopifySupport A full 120-day hold of $75k on hold while still debiting refunds from our bank is unreasonable. ~400 orders are blocked. This is increasing risk, not reducing it. Partial release with reserve is a fair solution.
