Uber driver charged us twice: once by card in the app, then again in cash from my elderly friend after I clearly said it was paid. He knew and took it anyway. He also acted sexually inappropriately toward women in the car. Uber refuses my complaint. @Uber, fix this.

@AerLingus can you answer your dms? To have somebody on hold for 2 hours and to have the phone put down and be told that a frequent flyer number is the same as a KTN is unacceptable I would suggest to retrain your Indian call centre
