@matthewswspence Exactly. And financially most have realized it's actually not a great "deal" even if it does lock in housing costs for 30 years.

Even if we could put $80k down (20% on a $400k mortgage) we'd be paying $391,855.59 in interest over 30 years and the actual house cost $800k ish.
