@Uber @Uber_Support and @checkr please connect and get y’all sh*t together and stop giving people the run around and stop copy and paste scripts messages to them, sometimes we need to explain our situation to someone wiling to listen… I’m Out! ✌🏾

Both @Uber_Support and @checkr are very annoying and unprofessional. They are experts at only 2 things:

1) reading scripts when you need their assistance on something
2) giving people the run around

As of today, almost a month later since @Uber triggered the background check, the status on @checkr portal is still “Suspended: Paused”, no one has gotten back to me and at this point I don’t think I wanna drive for @Uber anymore 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

I have been reaching out to @checkr on Twitter and they’ve been ignoring my messages when they respond they say to contact @Uber_Support, so I’m lost and angry 😡😡😡😡

I contacted @checkr about it they told me to contact @Uber_Support because they don’t have all the documentation needed, I did and you guessed it @Uber_Support told me to contact @checkr because they have all documentation required for the background check 😂

To make a long story short, @Uber_Support triggered another background check on me on June 3, 2023 when I checked the status on the portal it said “Suspended: Paused”

Because they don’t take documentation from people that background checks are being done on, they only deal with the company asking them to do the background check

Which means that @checkr only provided them with the background that only had the Criminal Report, then the run around began, they told me I needed to contact Checkr, I did and Checkr told me to contact Uber Support

Everything checked out and I started driving, a week later I tried getting online to drive I couldn’t because I needed a background check, when I contacted @Uber_Support they told me that @checkr didn’t do the Motor Vehicle check on the background check

On May 23, 2023 @checkr ran 2 General background checks on me on @Uber’s behalf so I can drive (not sure why 2 were conducted), but one had only the Criminal Report and the other both the Criminal and Motor Vehicle Reports

Plus the $50 tip promised to me by the rider. I’ve been calling support since 8:25 AM, they’ve bouncing me from department to department and it’s really frustrating

@Uber @Uber_Support your new update is annoying! I received this ride request since 8:20 AM EST, when I got there I couldn’t start the trip, the rider canceled and take another driver and left, it’s 1:45 PM EST I can’t cancel the ride. More in the thread =>

I couldn’t start the trip when I got to the rider so I ask him to cancel the trip and request it again, he canceled and requested another ride and another driver came to pick him up in front of me, which sucks it was an almost $100 trip

I just had a meeting with my boss (a director), her boss (a Sr Director), and his boss (SVP of RevOps), and two other Directors, all of them listening to the only black dude talking about @salesforce’s Territory Management, and that felt good bc I’m doing it all with no degree 🤷🏾‍♂️
