I just closed the second hour of debate on the Violence Against Pregnant Women Act.

The bill is clear, concise, and about one thing: protecting vulnerable pregnant women from violent men who wish to do them harm.

Every measure we can implement to better protect pregnant women facing violence must be taken. #C311 is one of those measures.

Every MP knows this to be true. Canadians await our decision on this common sense legislation.
