When it comes to serving on a Board, this amazing panel says it is all about driving the evolution of an organization and avoid "short termism". "We lead, we plan and we get out of the way," says @DaphneEJones#CCE2022
Demand for speed and agility is the biggest thing being heard from the C-Suite. Concept to production is fast, fast, fast. Michael Park, @Workday#CCE2022
So ends #CCE2022. While this was my first time at this conference, I doubt it will be my last. Thank you @constellationr for having me. Please excuse me while I go stare at a wall and let my brain rest. Be back #monday.
Yes! Lloyd Fobi of @MultiCareHealth talked about his process of getting his Healthcare records FROM BIRTH and says we should all have this as standard. History is so important in Healthcare and our data need to be easily available. #CCE2022
My POV: We have to change our language from the patient needs to be an active part of their care to the patient’s care is theirs. Loyd Fobi said people need to learn about the health. I agree 100%, but they also need to own their care. And we need to let them. #CCE2022
My POV: Asking the employee how their experience was servicing a customer could tell you a lot about where you have opportunities for improvement. If you give the right employee the right tools, the possibilities are endless. #CCE2022
“Are we ready for the #metaverse? We’re on Zoom calls for 12 hours a day - are we gonna put something on our heads? We don’t even turn our cameras on…” truth from Andrea Chin

My POV: The idea of Omni-reality for an organization is scary. Imagine a brand that has a horrible reputation in one reality but is great in the other. How do consumers distinguish which reality they are in? #CCE2022
My POV: @thejefflerner says that we are wired to work, but want to be human while doing it. As a Christian, I believe that God gave us the mandate to be “fruitful”. That fruitfulness comes human work. It is amazing that we were made to work, but so many people hate it. #CCE2022
