Athens-Clarke County, where a young woman was just murdered by an illegal, is one of 3 sanctuary cities in Georgia. The city is the home of UGA, and its status as a refuge for criminals could change very quickly if UGA’s donors refused to give their dollars & parents refused to send their kids until Athens stops being the liberal hellhole it’s becoming.

I say this as someone who lived, worked, & was married in Athens. I have watched the city go the same trajectory as every progressive-run city over the past few years. It’s dirtier, poorer, and less safe. I will never understand how people’s brains cannot wrap around the causal relationship between liberal policies and destruction. And how, even when faced with something as harrowing as a murder by an illegal, they still can’t for the life of them let go of their stupid, deadly ideology
