Hey, @PublicStorage, is “climate controlled” supposed to mean, “so damp mold will grow on your stuff?” Two months trying to get the Bataan Ct. location to do something **and** you just raised my rent? wtf
@pvieito Would be great if these were displayed in the Notifications Center instead of as a modal. I use HomeControl for automation and these appear every time I execute a scene and a device is unavailable.
I continue to be amazed that @Gogo is still a thing. Usually, horrible user experiences and lousy performance would doom a business to failure. #itsgoingtospace
I’ll never forget the day my father brought home the Sinclair ZX-80. Our first “home computer,” I fell under the spell of that strange little white and black and blue contraption, and it changed the very course of my life. RIP
RIP Sir Clive Sinclair. Your innovations democratized computing and inspired so many, including myself. I vividly remember my first computer, a ZX80, and the sense of wonder and empowerment I felt. It was your device that sparked my passion for engineering.
@stevesi Agreed. Even accounting for user learning & eventual proficiency w/ the new model, it will be difficult to attribute any “delta” to these app changes since the webpage itself prob represents 90+% of the “actual” UI and every one is different.
@stevesi This. 1000%. Also: A/B testing UI changes like this is v. challenging, b/c the benefits (more visible content) don’t necessarily alter user behavior. Reinforcing why having a POV on what’s “right” is so critical.
I love you, @DunnLumber, and I want to support #localbusiness, but my god your website is slow and buggy. It's taken me 10 minutes to find and order 2 items. What is this, 2006?
