@CantoneIrene Ah. Probably best to try multiple approaches + UMAP with marker genes highlighted. You will need to fiddle around with the UMAP parameters a bit to get cleaner separation of the T-cell subpopulations. Good luck!

Maybe a common pose? There are minute diffs in fur texture, eyes, back hump, and tail bushiness, so must be new render. But quick GIS for fox or dog pics doesn't show a ton of animals standing this way. Weird...
