I used to be addicted to quite a few vices. Maybe I’ll go more in depth another time, but I’m still a little embarrassed.
Originally I wanted to get into Twitter politics, but that side is unbelievably miserable.
I’ve decided to share my growth journey.
Maybe to help keep me accountable.
Maybe to help someone else come to realizations.
I’d rather be somewhat positive than trying to tear down others.
(My replies will be my political side, but don’t be shocked to see politics on the occasion)
I’m 29.
I lacked a lot of discipline growing up and it was a mix of undiagnosed disorders and immaturity.
I lost my job last year. My dad passed a few months later.
Since then, I’ve gotten very into investing and tried resetting my dopamine bit by bit.
The investing has taught me patience. I’ve seen what it can do for you if you’re patient and calm when things go sour.
I want that.
I want knowledge. I want to create.
In all of my degeneracy of my 20’s I do have a rough draft for a novel manuscript. My goal is to try and get that published by the time I’m 35.
I want to leave a legacy. And prove to my child it doesn’t matter where you come from.
I do not come from money. A middling middle class family for sure, but we were never wealthy. My parents were just incredibly frugal.
I want my child to be able to have every door opened. Every avenue of education. Nowhere in the world out of reach.
Something for them to pass onto their children and their children’s children.
I want my bloodline to live on as you should want yours to.
I’m not a manly man. But I’m comfortable in my own skin.
It’s taken years. I’ve started hitting the gym but not to be a bro, to be me and feel even better than I do now.
Join me and let’s see what we can accomplish.
I believe every man and woman is capable of so much.
In my career with logistics I’ve learned you can do anything, you just have to decide if you want to actually learn it or if you feel like someone else wants you to.
Once you get past that sentiment and learn to do things for you. There is no barrier in this life.

"I'm sitting there watching Shai play, and suddenly it just clicked for me. He's a Toy Story character. Somebody yells 'Andy's coming!' and he immediately drops to the floor."
