Congratulations to Tehya Starr of Jefferson West HS whose photograph "Junk" was awarded the national American Visions Medal. Tehya will receive her KS award this Saturday in Wichita. She is invited to Carnegie Hall in NYC to receive her National AVM award and Gold Key in June!

I was allowed to see the second act of Jeff West’s performance of the musical “Snoopy” last night. This is a delightful show and the actors all have strong voices and good comedic timing. Please come out to support these young actors this Saturday night at 7pm at the JWHS.
