It's sticky, disgusting, with a weird hue.
It doesn’t clean or purge, it only stains.
The pink from water cannons is much better and more valuable—
Made of taxpayer money and sanctioned by killers.
Our blood is worthless.

Our screams are annoying!
They’re loud, despicable in essence.
They mean nothing—go cry over your useless loved ones at home, you dirty scumbags!
We’re poor, filthy, not worth inviting to the negotiating table.
Our meat can’t be served at the cannibals’ carnival,
Because we’re poor, young, and useless.

Our time is irrelevant!
We’re neither here to be seen nor heard.
That’s why they beef up security when we want to speak or be seen.
That’s why they take days off when we put our lives on the line.
We’re worth nothing and should be paid no mind.

Our experiences are inconsequential!
We’re subhuman subjects, non-playing characters at best,
In a game about us, by them, for them.
Our dreams, screams, and fears are talking points for a salary increase.
The blood of our fallen comrades is the level indicator of a player reshuffle.

They play the game on mute if our cries are uncomfortably loud,
By pulling a trigger, and change the graphics
By putting unpleasant characters in sacks or swamps.

You bleed, they feed!
You pay, they play!
You die, they get high!

Our blood means nothing!
Our cries mean nothing!
Our existence means nothing!
