@jet2tweets I already have contacted them toldme I could get 10% refund or claim off insurance. I would really live to find a resolution before my surgery on Friday, I don't want a refund just the reassurance I can book another holiday with Jet2 in the future. Travelled with you many times

@awhit69 Agreed you are restricted by how much of a deposit you can take. Last tenant did over £2000 of damage deposit I had to fight together back was £800!!
