We bought the tickets from someone outside of SeatGeek and had them transfer them one at a time into our SeatGeek account. We accepted them and they showed up just like real tickets. I assumed they were a reliable brand and wouldn’t house fake tickets.

Heads up your @seatgeek tickets could be fake. Why isn’t there a single source of truth so people can’t sell the same ticket on multiple platforms? We learned this the hard way at the @taylorswift13 concert Sunday. @Ticketmaster you need to do better!!

I contacted customer service and they said they “aren’t affiliated with Ticketmaster or other platforms so they aren’t able to see if a ticket is double listed. 😦

Someone transferred me their @SeatGeek TS tickets tonight (after I paid them offline). I though since they were in SeatGeek they were real. THEY WERE FAKE. First @GilletteStadium wouldn’t take their QR code then confirmed someone else had those seats and already checked in. 😔

These girls couldn’t get tickets to see @taylorswift13 so they decided to turn a disappointing situation into a good deed. They dressed in their concert outfits and donated to Hasbro Children’s hospital! Still holding out for lucky number 13 concert tonight at @GilletteStadium 🤞
