NEW Jacinta Stevens was drunk & speeding when she drove off a snow embankment on I-376 and plunged into the icy Monongahela River in Jan. Pa State Police said. Stevens had just left a Pittsburgh bar & hit two vehicles without stopping.

Man was found outside the Chipotle. One witness told me he heard at least 4 shots.

Emergency crews used the jaws of life to free her on the bridge.
She was taken to UPMC Mercy where she later died.

UPDATE: Pittsburgh deadly 5-vehicle crash.
The SUV that flipped off the ramp & landed on Reedsdale St. near Pittsburgh’s Fort Duquense Bridge was just towed away. That male driver was killed.
4 other cars smashed.
A woman who had to be cut out of her vehicle also died.

A northeastern, Pa man is behind bars accused of using Discord to lure a 14 y/o girl from Allegheny Co. across the state. Christopher Jones, 27, drove hundreds of miles. He picked the victim up in Whitehall & drove her to his home near Wilkes-Barre.

A Florida woman has been arrested and charged with six counts of aggravated cruelty to animals after she was captured on camera throwing a small dog twice and kicking it.

Deputies took the dog to a veterinarian where it is receiving care for a broken leg.
