If Bediako’s team wins with this argument, anyone wanting to attend UA that does not qualify for a scholarship should seek an injunction forcing free enrollment citing this ruling as precedence.

Bediako’s team argued the cost of attendance at The University of Alabama was “prohibitive” and that he wouldn’t be able to education without a scholarship

The NCAA countered by arguing that he is only playing for one semester anyways and academics are clearly not the priority

@BlakeEddins Yet consolidated public schools like Sheridan, have to play up in class based on enrollment. Sheridan has a total population of 5,300 ppl & has to play in a conference w/ cities of 35,000 + ppl. Funding comes from tax $ not enrollment. $ = better equipment, coaches, etc
