@RtHphysio @thecsp @AGILECSP @theRCOT We are very lucky in Manchester @mcrlco. This patient would access rehab in 72 hours or less with our Home pathway services. 6 weeks rehab and if longer term needs still present, smooth transition to community rehab services. @TracyWa85424040 @Carol_Kav1
