@BOHAirport Great there are so many more flights from Bournemouth, but a great shame the infrastructure cannot cope with all the extra passengers. A distinct lack of toilets before security and in the baggage collection area.

@premierinn Doors all locked at Premier Inn Kew Bridge . Eventually 10 minutes later member of staff opens them. Cannot check in as the only member of staff is working on the bar! Absolutely awful first impressions!
