@BandQ absolute shambles of a return process. 3 failed/refused collections and 2 months of customer service calls. Just give me my refund…let me Chuck it in the bin and save you the job!! Cost me more in having to be at home and phone calls!!!

@TalkTalk honestly not sure i could recommend a company less. No Wi-Fi to upstairs of house. Want £30 admin fee and a recontract to add an eero to provide the basic service I have paid for. Ridiculous!! Avoid!! Counting down the months!!
