NEW TEACHER FEATURE: Francesca Barlowe will teach 6th grade literacy at West. She attended SUNY Geneseo for both her undergrad and masters degrees. She said she loves helping students learn to communicate effectively and grow into proficient readers and writers. #BPatriotProud
