@SamsungUS My fridge (RF27T5241SR) failed. I have the June 2021 receipt (under 5yr warranty), but Samsung canceled ticket twice…no techs in my area. Hello service gap and 3+ hours on calls.
Is this ridiculous enough yet? Every new ticket is 1-2 bus day wait without a repair.

I was so traumatized by the assault in college, my brain could not process what was happening due to past traumas, I PASSED OUT. Took years of therapy to understand the biological response, and let go of guilt b/c of comments like YOURS
