@wmata Thanks - a bus finally arrived. I’m “only” 30 minutes late to where I needed to be.
You guys have done a good job on the trains. How about trying to fix your bus system now? Because as someone who has taken buses in loads of places, WMATA bus reliability is one of the worst
Hey @wmata not sure what drivers you have on the C11 route today but at least two buses never even showed. Kinda hard to make the case to use you when you can’t rely on you.
Well, first speed bump of the move. Wife went to @Verizon store on 12/2 to set up account for WiFi. They promised router delivery on 12/15, today. Now being told the account was never set up. Sigh.
The irony of trying to fix my @Apple App Store issues and being denied to download their @AppleSupport app is not lost on me. Hey Cupertino - Remind me why I shouldn’t switch to @Android ?
I’m at the Newark airport waiting to fly home to Wisconsin and Springsteen’s 10th Avenue Freezeout comes on. Ask me how many middle-aged white dudes I’ve seen walking past and singing along?
@jsparkblog@SA_FL_72 “Lead with curiosity and compassion” - this is such a great response. Heading to the airport myself tomorrow- will attempt to put into practice! ❤️🙏🫣

If I was @Apple I’d also be concerned about the Google ruling, considering their history of Sherlocking & then self-preferencing their “new” product… https://t.co/6wlz6nff66 via @NYTimes
@megbasham Echoing @MZHemingway I think that’s plenty for two weeks. If you reeeeeaaalllyy want to add one more stop, I’d say Bologna. You’ll get four fairly distinct Italian experiences if you do those.
@publicroad We stopped going to a church in (large) part bc the worship “leader” always seemed to be in audition mode for [Our Town]’s Got Talent. Next church had actual corporate worship and what a delight….
@Chevron CEO Mike Wirth is the best leader in the energy sector — bar none. He has earned this distinction because he makes the right decisions at the right time for the betterment of his organization and its ability to best serve the needs of its stakeholders.
@QuorumAnalytics@AxiosPro@mikeallen@axios Would love to attend, but currently on a sabbatical in EU and apparently @axios and @QuorumAnalytics don't consider my gmail address valid. Rather disappointing, fellas. One can be an engaged professional AND use gmail.
