@iamGounder @VOIPO Please let us know. If they can't restore service, I will need to find another provider. The problem is I'm also fighting unauthorized charges by Voipo, too. Will I ever get my money back if I change providers? Ugh. What a mess.

@toolman21990 @bspeidel @VOIPO Similar experience here. All my tickets got closed out without resolution, except for the one I copied the owner on. I eventually got a reply from tech support on that one, claiming that service was restored. However, mine is still out after about 2.5 days.
