Tell me @LGUK on what planet is it okay to discriminate against a consumer living on an island? A consumer who paid for a service & extended warranty; not to wait for 2 weeks for someone to get in contact with them to service a faulty washing machine when they have a baby at home

Right @bt_uk getting fed up with the dropping out & slow speeds of my #broadband. Trying to work from home being made exceedingly difficult by your poor speeds, connections and constant issues.
Tests on "my account" tell me there are no issues - there clearly are. Sort it out!
