I do apologize for assuming you lied about being there. The final question was still relevant at the time because the video didn't show either of you clearly (some others pointed you out, barely visible in the back). Neither was it clear if you made it in to the courtroom in the first place. Did people give up their spots last minute?

But as a side note: I hope see how it is when you guys post things without doing your due diligence first.

That's in regards to @brandisiciliani claiming her "source" told her Erika was sitting next to her parents in court on day 1 of the hearing... She stuck to it and left the post up for hours until she was called out and the video came out showing that Erika had been sitting with CK's parents the whole time. It should've been a red flag, firstly, because most everyone knows Erika's mom is bedridden and secondly because her father is not really in the picture. A little verification would've gone a long way. But instead of owning it, she blamed it on her “source.” As the person reporting it, she should’ve double checked first. Had the video never gone out, would she have corrected it at all?

Just know that dishonesty will affect your credibility in the end. Even if you were in the courtroom you STILL misrepresented what was shown on day 5. If you were going in there with the goal to inform the public, it would've been in your best interests to report what was shown accurately instead of denying what was shown entirely. You went in as informants to your narrative rather than truth itself.

That video shown in court will not be hidden from the public forever along with all other evidence there is. Eventually it will come to light that what you have spread are either falsehoods or truth. May it be the latter.

I will delete my initial post because, yes it was accusatory and I assumed you were NOT in the video instead of just leaving it as a question. That was not right on my part and I will be mindful of that when interacting with others on here in general. The goal on here going forward is to have meaningful conversations that lead to positive outcomes. That is a standard that I failed to meet. At the end of the day we are all humans worthy of respect. It’s not about winning arguments (at least not for me). So though you may not even read this, you have helped me reflect on the reasons I even came here in the first place:

I am not an influencer, podcaster or journalist. But whatever I do, I do want to do it well.

I just hope you can offer others grace and use your platforms for good.

I think the point is that you can see it much better than the camera man filming a screen where you can barely see anything moving. when he rolls over the wall and then runs and crawls etc. you can barely see it. so in court you can actually make out what the person is doing.

Well that’s worse. Because she’s clearly dishonest. Some people are exaggerating the video but she’s completely disregarding that more was shown yesterday than what she’s reporting. If she’s going to be a reliable source let’s start by telling the whole story maybe…

Anyone aware of the situation would verify before running with it (who doesn’t know Erika’s mom is bedridden for example?). She left it up for hours until VIDEO of EK and her in-laws was shown in the courtroom together. She then passed the blame to her source rather than owning her own bad reporting. She wouldn’t have corrected herself otherwise. Count on it.
