@NYSLabor I'm still on the submission confirmed page since April 20. My friend filed last week and her claim went through. I'm confused why mine wasn't processed before hers?

@denisedp18 @NYSLabor I received the same thing. It also said I would get a call. Since then, DOL has updated their comms and if they need more info, they'll contact you via phone

@NYSLabor So, if it's still in the processing phase, do we still need to apply every week? Or does it pass, then we submit claims every week? I'm very confused on when I need to submit claims. I submitted one and have not heard anything.

@NYSLabor I submitted unemployment last Monday, April 20. Still no phone call - this is the page it brings me to when I log-in. Is there anything else I need to do? I was told there were further questions I had to answer but the link just brings me to this page. HELP!
