@AmazonHelp really?!? On delivery for a package I had to REORDER! You even put a note to have it delivery early. Now you tell me it’s lost! Why am I paying for prime?
@AmazonHelp Thanks @Amazon still no package even though the logistic team has been notified and was made a priority today will be a priority tomorrow. Since the driver didn’t read its notes and hasn’t moved from its last location. Another hour wasted
@AmazonHelp I feel like you guys should be compensating me some free months on amazon prime for all the issues I’m having for my last 3 of 5 deliveries!

@AmazonHelp The last 3 of 4 orders were either lost or delayed. Today’s request said they couldn’t deliver because it was closed. I have a 24 hour doorman that takes packages so please tell me what am I suppose to do.
@AmazonHelp A locker reservation I made for a package to be delivered is not available. And everyone is telling me they cannot change it. Nope they said they cannot do anything and just wait till tomorrow when I need it by tonight or tomorrow afternoon the latest
