On Aug 16th @AirFranceKLM lost my luggage. I’ve received no assistance on getting my luggage back to me! The information provided on the online tracker is inaccurate! I haven’t been able to speak to a manager or anyone that can help me! I need adequate compensation or my luggage!

There’s is a FB group online with hundreds of followers called “Airfrance lost my luggage” that in itself is problematic. No one at Airfrance has any accountability. They have lost thousands of bags!
Hi @airfrance , I just wanted to say that you’re the worst. It’s been 3 days now without luggage in literally the other side of the world. No apologies or explanations. So disrespectful and disappointing. Worst customer service ever.

@airfrance lost my luggage on august 16th. I’m going to share with you verbatim what the agent who is supposed to help locate the luggage told me. “Unfortunately I can’t rely on the system to help you locate your luggage mam because the information here is incorrect”
