The @SteveGleason story brought me to tears 8 years ago when I worked in the NFL. It’s even more inspiring now. What a beautiful mind and heart. #ESPYS24

One of the most overlooked aspects of the game is the mental side. The boys took part in a soft skills training with Jenna Scott to work on just that. @JennaBethMarie thank you for taking time today.

So sad for this breaking news at the end of the #ChiefsParade. Shots were fired west of Union Station near the garage and several people struck. 😢😢

The Central Region’s representation at today’s Super 60 was stellar:
+ Drew Dickerson ran a 6.57 60 and had 7 batted balls at 100+ mph with big bat speed.
+ Ty Cissell jumped 38.5 inches, ran a 6.53 60, and flashed more bat strength than we’ve seen before.
+ Grant Hollister took a super professional round of BP - all over the barrel, sprayed to all fields.
+ Trey Snyder makes everything in the game look easy and effortless. Clean, balanced, and repeatable RH swing.
+ Jackson Kircher has juice on both sides of the ball - 100+ mph barrels, low-90s on the hill.
+ Brady Kehlenbrink was 93-95 on the mound & flashed sharp spin on a power CB.
+ Jack Nobe lived in the zone at 92-94 with two-plane break on a low-80s SL, and a simple, yet athletic delivery.
+ Mitch Haythorn is going to pitch for a long time. Three pitches, all for strikes, and all play well off each other.
+ Kash Mayfield may have been my favorite arm of the day. Playing catch in the low-90s with two legit secondaries in CH/SL.
+ Victor Christal spins two 2800+ RPM breaking balls and threw a low-90s fastball around the zone.
+ Hudson Byrd is a 6-foot-6, 195-pound arm that was 92-94 with late S/M fade on CH and a 79-81 mph SL.
A quality, talented list of names that should draw pro attention as their senior springs roll on.
On the TD reception, TE Travis Kelce passed RB Jamaal Charles (10,963) for the 2nd most combined yards by a player in franchise history. Kelce now trails only WR Dante Hall (12,356).
