@ThorntonGibsonK It honestly depends on your triggers. If light is one of your triggers then make sure that you are in a very well lit room when you are typing and it should help some. But also with screens it would be a good idea to take breaks every twenty minutes or so.

@werbette Don’t get an hp. They slow down within the first year or so of using it. Mine is so slow now (3 years) it takes 30 minutes to boot up and start chrome.
