@srobinson1916@flynorse Hi @srobinson1916 ... I would say they replied fairly quickly when I said that they owed me money since they canceled my flights. But my other question about providing some help given cancellation made me spend thousands of dollars extra was never acknowledged or replied to.
@flynorse You're a lack of reply to my email and to this post confirms my dissatisfaction. You replied to my email saying you did not fully refund me only after I pointed out that you shorted me $600 initial refund. Your flight cancellations have cost me an extra $3,000!

@FedEx@FedExHelp you have blown me off twice for deliveries you have scheduled with me with no explanation or communication. You are delaying my renovation project, not to mention wasting valuable time. Customer service has not been able to resolve.
