When @AmericanAir damages your luggage & refuses to let you file a claim. Baggage office at #ORF said "they're not going to do anything about this little bitty thing," & dismissed me.
That "little bitty thing" rendered my #Sharperlmage suitcase useless—it has no handle. #notok

The System: I’ll transfer you to someone who can help.
Also the system: hangs up on me. #nothelpful
The automated system requires a claim number. This experience is becoming worse with every turn. Some actual help would be nice. #
@AmericanAir I can’t GET to your baggage team. When I call—3x now—the system hangs up on me rather than transfer me to a human. The automated system requires a claim number, which I lack because your agent wouldn’t allow me to make a claim. Not enjoying the #runaround from #americanairlines
@AmericanAir Found a number & called. It said I had to have a claim number. I do not bc your agent poo-poo’ed the damage & would not let me file a claim. When I asked to speak to an agent on the phone, your system hung up me. Why is AA making this difficult? AA broke the bag. #makeitright

@AmericanAir Tried that. I can’t file a claim because I don’t have an incident number. The employee wouldn’t let me name one. She just insisted nothing would be done. My suitcase was in fine shape when o handed it over this morning. How am I supposed to file a claim without an indent number?
