Psychopathologies as aberrant as Trump's are neither controllable, nor curable. He cannot pivot, sit still, shut up, or stop. He cannot see beyond himself. EVER. He cannot feel empathy, shame, or contrition. Not that he WON'T ... he CAN'T! He is an emotional void, comprised only of impulse, rage, malice, needs, urges and cravings. He lies constantly, brazenly, because he doesn't speak to convey information, he speaks to further a result that he craves. And some of the things he says, he says simply because he can't NOT say them. He's pure "id." Pure self.
You couldn't build a worse person in a laboratory.
