@LASHYBILLS I accidentally ran over someone's foot when I was in a crowded place & I felt so bad. The wheelchairs plus the person inside weighs a lot & you can seriously hurt someone especially if its intentional. Wheelchairs like a vehicle can be used as a weapon. He was wrong for that!
