Stage 4; Commitment - Keep the momentum going. Inspire people to continue to be their best selves and do good work. What's it going to take to help your employees stay in the game? Continue to recognize your employees and celebrate successes. ~ @JenniferLeeJB at #SHRMVLS
Stage 3: Exploration - Accepting that change will happen. Help employees figure out the new normal and directing their energy in a productive way. Use positive reinforcement and celebrate wins. Allow lots of space for mistakes during this stage. ~ @JenniferLeeJB at #SHRMVLS
Stage 2 of change: Anger and resistance - HR, make sure you're there to support your people. Middle level managers will be squeezed in the middle of competing commitments. Make sure they have resources and coaching to help them communicate change. ~ @JenniferLeeJB at #SHRMVLS
