They loved it and so did I. Instead of me telling them what the doc said, they figured it out! @KyleneBeers @jennifertwolf @BobProbst

A6-The strategies were well researched and I liked the "questions you might have" section #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A6-This book was an easy read with a variety of steps that resonates across all disciplines #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A5-We need to work together to show the value of these strategies, not just an ELA thing, but a real world application #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A4-If they hear these strategies in other classes they will hopefully catch on, as well #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A4-Have the strategies up in your room with Ss work as reminders when you navigate through txts #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A3-More imp, it's a great visual for Ss to look at their friends thoughts about a text other than their own #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A3-It's very interactive and gets kids up and involved. They love using markers, as well :) #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A3-I've done variations of this strategy before w/ my Ss and they love it! #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A2-This is tougher than what it looks like. I would have this strategy be done with a partner for sure #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A2-What I like about this on is that it can be used for any subject very nicely #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A2-I really like this strategy and was a new one to me #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

Hi All..picking up my daughter at soccer camp..#dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A1-this strategy also has the Ss go back into the txt and focus on the author's words as they sketch #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A1-I like the thought of doing it before-hand tho. Underlining confusing parts seems to be the imp piece here #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A1-I've used this strategy when rdg Night as an after reading, not during #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

Hope everyone is having a great summer! I should be "live" next week :) #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A6-I want to try all of these, they all would have a role in both of my subject areas depending on what we are trying to achieve #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A5-lots of room for differentiation here, you can be either more specific or let go of the reigns completely with these #dubMSela

[Jennifer Longwell @JenniferLongwe1]

A4-These strategies get our Ss to think about the process in a natural way for them..not forced #dubMSela
