You are not alone. It might feel bad right now. It might feel like there is no light in sight. I want to remind you that there is light inside of you. You don’t need it from someone else. There is love inside of you. You don’t need it from someone else.

Today is #BellLetsTalk day. Looking at my desk today, I am reminded that we have no excuses to not reach out. I have the tech! I am checking in with friends and family today. The pandemic impacts all of us, but also gives us time to talk. Reach out - it is good for everyone.
COVID-19 has impacted almost every aspect of our day to day lives, including the way we connect and talk to each other. Today, take some time to connect virtually with your loved ones. When it comes to mental health, now more than ever, every action counts #BellLetsTalk
Nothing has helped me manage mental health struggles more than being open about it, both with those close to me & people I don't even know.
Getting over the hump of how hard it feels to talk about it is the first step towards also feeling I can work through it.

Good morning everyone! Just before I begin the first #COVID19 meeting of the day, just wanted to add my voice to the increasingly important topic of mental health. It’s #BellLetsTalk day so let’s all get engaged and raise even more $ for mental health.
As educators, the best thing we can do for our students is listen. We may be the only people who truly listen to them during the day. An anon. check-in is a great way to open up the gates of trust & comm. with a student. Next, we must open up our hearts and minds. #BellLetsTalk
For this year’s #BellLetsTalk Day, staff from all divisions will share personal tips and tricks on how they cope with everyday stressors.
