We’re heartbroken to say goodbye to Dolly Parton.

Dolly’s music has been part of our lives for as long as we can remember, and getting to put our own spin on songs like “9 to 5” and “From Here to the Moon and Back” has always felt incredibly special.

But the music was only part of what made Dolly, Dolly. She lived with so much heart, humor, independence, and kindness. She made people feel welcome exactly as they were, and used her success to give back in countless ways, especially through her lifelong commitment to putting books in the hands of children.

She showed generations of us that you could stand firmly in who you are while still leading with love and acceptance.

Thank you for the songs, the laughter, the example you set, and all the good you put into this world. We’ll be singing your music for a long, long time.

Rest easy, Dolly. ❤️
