I’ve been doing some research lately in regards to a missing persons case that hits close to home and have been disgusted with the facts I’ve been uncovering.

Did you know that every year, 500,000+ people go missing in the U.S. But Black, Brown, and Indigenous women? Their cases are ignored, underreported, and too often unsolved.

Indigenous women are 10x more likely to be murdered.

Black women make up 33% of missing cases but get 7% of media coverage.

Meanwhile, white women’s cases dominate headlines.

Law enforcement neglects them. The media overlooks them. Families are left searching alone.
