@KristinaP420 Spike Lee's use of camera angles, editing, and music really aids in heightening the emotion expressed in each scene of the movie that it allows the audience to be further immersed in the movie
@d33luz I agree that the director's use of audio and camera angles plays a major role in the mood set in the movie. The movie makes use of the chaotic or tense environment and utilizes them through their shots that help leave a greater impact on the audience.
While watching Do the Right Thing, I was faced with mixed emotions as the movie is quite realistic as there was a strong sense of community with the visual and audial example of a neighborhood that has a high population of minorities. #1D02X1D2Media180
unfairness. This can be seen with the police brutality and how each person needs to fight but also take care of themselves while continuing to look after their community. These scenes sparked more negative emotions, including sadness as well as anger,
@d33luz The McDonald's collaboration with BTS was a very successful meal as it was around the time when BTS were at their international peak of popularity and many fans had gone to get the meal.
@KristinaP420 I think PF using Megan Thee Stallion as their representative as many would think of her as the ideal body that they would want and having her as the face of their gym would attract more of a younger audience who love her.
in dance or have just randomly come across the music video for Back On 74. This allows Gap to tie themselves back into mainstream media as they have now become associated or close in topic with what is now popular.

In Gap's recent advertising, they feature a recently popular singer, Tyla, as well as song, Back On 74, that had gained popularity for it's dancers as well as choreography. Their advertising came in the form of a remake of the original
their model posters to stand out from others and competitors while also showcasing their clothes in a more comfortable and less restraining way. Gap also appeals to the general public more as many people who keep up with popular music know who Tyla is and many who are interested
@KristinaP420 I agree with your argument that the traditional broadcast network television system was more effective since it left little to no option over what was watching by the public. Thus making it's audience more united in the fact that they all watched the same content at the same time
@d33luz I agree that cable has helped create different forms of community as it's selection is very vast depending on interests and scheduling. Due to this, each interests creates it's own little niche community rather than all cable users being in a community all together.

Cable, other than costs, are typically accessible to the public and provides entertainment and news to everyone watching at the same time. I do not believe that cable had disrupted our sense of community as many connections between people have developed
However, it's contributions aren't entirely positive as it is a form of regulated media which might unite people in some contexts, however it might not unite everyone as it's contents are limited to what is chosen.
@JazzerayXO I agree that while social media is useful in politics for public discussion, there needs to be basic etiquette kept among the discussion, or they would turn sour and more into illmannored disputes.
@KristinaP420 I agree that social media is beneficial as it brings more supporters together and put pressure on electives. It is a large contribution to bringing attention to what the public believes and wants.
