BLOOD DONATION MILESTONE: In Oakland, the American Red Cross celebrated one of it’s longtime AB negative donors, Arthur Maxwell, who’s given a total of 400 units of blood over past 20 yrs (that’s 50 gallons!) Maxwell hopes others w/ rare blood type will donate, help save lives.
