My wallet was stolen from inside my work today in SCS in Kilmarnock, I could care less about the bank cards or anything in it but I was given the wallet as a gift from Laura from Mia before she passed away and I cherish it more than anything.

@UberEats Hi there, I’ve been waiting on a refund for over a month now. Still haven’t received anything. I was told it would take 3-10 business days on 12/07/2022. I got back in touch on 28/07/2022 as I still hadn’t received anything. Was first told it was an authorisation hold.

@UberEats to deal with the issues on 30/07/2022. It’s now 08/08/2022 and I’ve still not heard anything, my messages just being ignored. An absolute sham and terrible customer service. Complete Shylocks. Do you think you can get back to me? Although I won’t hold my breath. Thanks
