Eyewitnesses say the delivery happened around 1 a.m.

It remains unclear when exactly the outpost will reopen.

@nicolegelinas The main 6 mile loop was formerly full of car traffic. Thankfully now it is indicated as bike and pedestrian. Of course you know the pedestrian section of the paved loop is for runners. On either side of the loop is a separated, walking path for pedestrians.

@SquarePegDem Maybe if there were only 20 e-bikes a day operating in the same 1/2 loop in the park this comparison would make sense. This is the 1 argument horse people have against the carriage ban. You realize city council can ban horse carriages AND e-bikes. It's not one or the other.

The interests of a few tourists do not outweigh the safety of thousands of residents.

I think all of these cabs should be banned. [the cabs here are horses if you don't get the metaphor]
