via @nytimes so freakin psyched to get this little mention today…. “If you’re between shows and looking for something bright and exciting, watch this.” 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️ @moonshineseries #moonshine https://t.co/Cajyd6Yv1r
I stumbled on this this morning from 4 years ago. This is
just a terrific chapeau to Montreal. Makes me want to jump on a plane. So well done and fun to look at if you love Montreal

Years ago, anthropologist Margaret Mead was asked by a student what she considered to be the first sign of civilization in a culture.
The student expected Mead to talk about fishhooks or clay pots or grinding stones.
But no.
Mead said that the first sign of civilization in an ancient culture was a femur (thighbone) that had been broken and then healed. Mead explained that in the animal kingdom, if you break your leg, you die.
You cannot run from danger, get to the river for a drink or hunt for food. You are meat for prowling beasts. No animal survives a broken leg long enough for the bone to heal.
A broken femur that has healed is evidence that someone has taken time to stay with the one who fell, has bound up the wound, has carried the person to safety and has tended the person through recovery.
Helping someone else through difficulty is where civilization starts, Mead said."
We are at our best when we serve others.
Be civilized.

The WGA and AMPTP have reached a tentative agreement. This was made possible by the enduring solidarity of WGA members and extraordinary support of our union siblings who stood with us for over 146 days. More details coming after contract language is finalized. #WGAStrike
Love that my show is represented in “Winners: Foreign Shows Ripe For Picking!”
Hate that there should be a sub-category below called
“Losers: Actors on Acquired Foreign Shows Who Don’t See A Penny.”
Not a penny. No residuals. No healthcare. Nada. @sagaftra#SAGAFTRAStrong
I’m getting ready to watch @moonshineseries with the Talented @Jennigan on @TheCW in a few minutes. I know she will do phenomenal work and can’t wait to see scenes with her hubby😄 @jonny_silverman ♥️♥️♥️
So glad to read that @Jennigan still misses Grace and wants closure for “Salvation”! Five years later, I know a lot of Salvies who still feel that way! ☄️🍳❤️
(BTW, if you’re in 🇺🇸, be sure to watch/DVR @moonshineseries on @TheCW tonight! No ☄️ nor 👽, but still lots of fun!)
Superfun chat with @Jennigan about #Moonshine, getting to (fake) punch her real-life hubby, and how this show will offer ZERO closure for #Salvation fans.
(And no, I wasn't on gummies!)
@Jennigan Great nod from NYT! Looking forward to S3! You guys are killing it, best comedy around. Loved you a ton in Salvation, it was so relevant, I hate the bastards who pulled the plug. It's still my fave go-to binge watch! Anyway, break a leg with Moonshine this year! 🤘👏❤️🍓😊
Love this from the @nytimes ‘Moonshine’ “is as if you took an Elon Hilderbrand beach read and mixed in a tiny bit of ‘Succession’” @moonshineseries@TheCW
Sex, drugs and lobster rolls. The US launch of Moonshine is fast approaching. Catch everyone’s favourite dysfunctional family Friday, July 7th at 9pm on @TheCW 🇺🇸
So happy the 🇺🇸 will finally be getting a glimpse of this awesome show we’ve been loving filming the last 3 summers! @TheCW@moonshineseries My glorious wife @Jennigan and the entire cast SHINE ✨
