@SloughCouncil I've been reporting gatherings of teenagers in the park near my house for weeks, nothing ever seems to be done about it and can't believe their parents aren't doing more. At this rate we will be coming out of lockdown into tier 3 which is... basically still lockdown 😭

After 3 years of annual season tickets, no compensation for delays and cancellations and a 12 week wait to get a refund due to covid, i can't quite believe that @GWRHelp refunded me in 2 days for a #delayrepay claim. Now if only regular #commuters were treated the same...
