@united Well, there's no kiosk here, the app doesn't present that option either, & the gate agent seems like they would be "customer service".... Not sure how to proceed. I can check again when I land in Chicago but I was hoping to get on the list before I board my flight in Iceland.
The gate agents at C11 (Chicago O'Hare) boarding @united flight #913 to Reykjavik were the most patient, accommodating agents I've ever seen. They took care of at least 50 passengers asking for a variety of things right up until boarding with a smile.
